Dinner Party begins at 7:30pm the guests are welcome with a aperitif cocktail, to be served also with the first entertainment of the evening.
Afterwards guests will be invited to take their places in the beautifully decorated Piano Nobile. Among ancient decorations and historical paint collection, a sumptuous gala dinner will be served with a selection of wines; the dinner will be joined by a live classical music ensemble with performances by singers and dancers.
After-Dinner Historical Dancing From 11:00 PM the ground entry floor will open to all guests for historical dancing with our experienced dance masters. The party will end at approximately 12:30 AM.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Dress Code: Full historical costume is required for the party. Contemporary formal wear (ie evening dress, tuxedo) is not permitted.
Venue: Palazzo Donà dalle Rose (Cannareggio)
TICKETS
Submit your reservation request and agency contact information with form provided.
Once your request is received we will issue an online invoice to process your credit card payment or provide our bank data in order for you to complete your payment (in either case net of commissions) to confirm the reservation for your customer(s).
A Confirmation Invoice will be provided post payment and then prior to the event a Ticket Voucher to present for entry.
Tickets are process by Palio Tours, a lisenced Seller of Travel (Lic # 33263)
COSTUMES
If you are also including a costume rental with the reservation; once tickets have been reserved with payment, we will issue the Costume Measurement Form (or website link) by separate email. Please complete the information as requested and return it at your earliest convenience. It will be forwarded to our Atelier in Venice for their consideration. Either the Atelier or we will then notify you of the costume recommendations with photos of the available costume options.
TERMS and CONDITIONS
Customer Cancellations: After December 1st, 2024, Tickets purchased cannot be refunded. Costumes cancelled inside 60 days to the event date are refunded net of 145 euro cancellation fee; inside of 30 days, no refunds on costumes.
Event Cancellations: If the event is cancelled by the organizer, then a refund will be provided (exception is made for cancellations due to government restrictions).
Other Cancellation: If the event is cancelled due to government travel restrictions or other government imposed restrictions, then the reservation will be transferred to the event in 2026; if your client cannot or does not wish to attend in the following year, then a refund, net of any credit card service charges will be provided.
There are no refunds, nor will reservations be transferred if you are denied entry into Italy (ie invalid travel documents) or for any reason you are prohibited from boarding an airplane or other form of public transportation required for your arrival in Venice.
